We want you to be happy with wyrmflow. If you change your mind within 30 daysof your first paid charge, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@wyrmflow.com from the address tied to your account. Include your Stripe customer ID (visible on any invoice). We'll process the refund within two business days.

• Pro: refundable within 30 days of your first charge; subsequent annual renewals are non-refundable.
• Business: refundable within 30 days of your first charge; subsequent annual renewals are non-refundable.

EU statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) and waiver

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Because wyrmflow is a digital service that begins immediately, at checkout you give your express consent to provision starting right away and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once provision has begun. We confirm this to you on a durable medium (your order confirmation email). This mirrors the wording in our terms of service.

Even though the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies after you have consented and provision has started, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies to your first charge and is more generous than the statutory minimum.
