Refund policy
We want you to be happy with Wyrmflow. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first paid charge, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@wyrmflow.com from the address tied to your account. Include your Stripe customer ID (visible on any invoice). We'll process the refund within two business days.
What's covered
- Pro Monthly: refundable within 14 days of the first charge.
- Pro Yearly: refundable within 14 days of the first charge; subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
- Business: refundable within 14 days of the first charge; subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
EU consumers
This policy aligns with the EU consumer-law cooling-off period (Directive 2011/83/EU). EU residents have the same 14-day window starting from the day of purchase.
