These terms govern your use of the wyrmflow software and website. They also serve as our terms of service for electronically supplied services. By downloading, installing, or using wyrmflow, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the software. You may save or print this page at any time; we provide it free of charge before you use the service.

Who provides the service

wyrmflow is provided by the sole proprietor identified on ourlegal information page, which lists the business name, the proprietor's name, registered address, and contact email. For questions about these terms, emaillegal@wyrmflow.com. For privacy matters, see ourprivacy policy.

What the service is

wyrmflow is a native macOS desktop application that provides a graphical interface for the Jujutsu (jj) version control system. It is local-first: it works with repositories on your own machine. An account is used for sign-in and, for paid plans, to manage your subscription.

Technical requirements

To use wyrmflow you need a Mac running a currently supported version of macOS, an internet connection to create an account and manage billing, and a working installation of the Jujutsu (jj) version control system. Specific minimum versions are stated on thedownload page.

License

wyrmflow is proprietary software. The free tier grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on one repository. Pro and Business licenses grant unlimited repository access per the plan purchased. A license is per user: you may use it on multiple computers where you are the primary user. The license is granted for as long as your plan is active and you comply with these terms.

Prohibited use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or sublicense wyrmflow, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You may not use the software to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service. You agree not to provide unlawful content while using the service.

How a contract is concluded

For the free tier, a contract for electronically supplied services is formed when you create an account and begin using the software. For a paid plan, the prices and plan details shown on thepricing page are an invitation to purchase; the contract is concluded when you confirm and complete your order through our checkout and we confirm it (for example, by a confirmation email through Stripe, which serves as confirmation on a durable medium). Paid plans are billed annually and you may cancel at any time via the customer portal.

Consumer right of withdrawal (14 days) and waiver

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Because wyrmflow is digital content/services that begin immediately, at checkout you are asked to give your express consent to the service being provided before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and to acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once provision has begun. We confirm this to you on a durable medium (your order confirmation email). After you have given that consent and provision has started, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Complaints procedure

If the service does not work as it should, you can file a complaint by emailingsupport@wyrmflow.com. Please describe the issue and your account email. We will consider your complaint and respond, normally within 14 days of receiving it. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, wyrmflow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for data loss, repository damage, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software; always maintain backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited accordingly. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and this choice of law does not deprive you of them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
